Stitchin' Waves

I have had several items that I have taken to this place on 3 different occasions. Each time, the quality of the work was on point. If you need embroidery, I highly recommend this place. The customer service is outstanding. You won't find better people than Joyce Ann and Parker.

This place was great! Joyce helped me out on a last minute quest when I had searched other places before landing here. I had a best friends birthday the following day and was short on time but they took on this project and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I have used these folks for logo shirts for my construction company and have nothing but a great experience. My shirts are now 7+ years old and the embroidered logos look like the day I purchased them. NOTE: I wear them every weekday and they have been washed numerous times with no degrading of the embroidery. Their prices are fair, they are easy to work with and I HIGHLY recommend them. Classic mom and pop business... the Heartbeat of America!!!! Well done and continued success.

Joyce is a sweetheart and both she and Parker know their business and what will make the best outcome on a logo's appearance. They worked with our logo that had minute lines and chose the exact matching thread for our company colors. They sent a digital proof, then a proof stitched on material than a final proof on the actual material of the shirts we had chosen. Shirts came out awesome and our employees love them. We didn't make it company policy to wear them but they do! Thank you!

I have had many items embroidered at Stitchin' Waves. A few months ago I forgot to place my order in advance of the trade show I was participating in. I called Joyce in a panic, explained my situation, and she graciously embroidered my shirts by the next day. I have never done business with someone who will bend over backwards to help as much as they do at Stitchin' Waves! If you are looking for honesty, helpfulness and reasonable pricing, this is the place!

This is the best embroidery store in town. The price is reasonable and they always deliver the product when they say. The owners are always a pleasure to deal with. They are very patient and have helped me make all my ideas be sewn to perfection on whatever I have brought them. My kids love them too as they get to tell them what they want too and are aloud to pick out colors from the wall themselves. They always treat my family with respect. I suggest this place to all my friends and family.

Stitchin'Waves provides excellent customer service. They were polite, understanding and were able to complete my order in a timely manner. They offer customized embroidery to fit any need. Their catalogs offer a wide variety of products to choose from. Their work is exquisite. I'm very pleased with the products I've received.

Interesting experience, do you write reviews for yourself? My experience wasn't fantastic. It was actually terrible experience. I give you one star because I can't post zero stars. Person who met me today was simply rude, impatient, showing her attitude and tried (successfully) ride of potential wholesale customer. I have been told that she can barely understand what I'm asking for and then refused to provide even very basic estimate or available options. And, sure I came to Stichin' waves to ask about one pound of Bacon in thin slices... Or so. I have never seen such incompetent person on customer

These guys do a great job. They are very professional and pay attention to detail. They have done a number of our dental scrubs and I wouldn't use anyone else.

Great people! Great service! They are fast and do really really good work here. I moved to stitchin waves after another company that we were using could not meet our expectations in regards to time and even quality. we decided to go to stitchin waves and although a little bit more money than the other place it was definitely worth it! This is our permanent T-shirt screen printer for our church!.

I was in search for a place to get some hats embroidered for a gift and I remember driving past the big yellow sign and decided to stop in. I was able to get the business logo and three different colored hats at a great price, but to top it off with the logo being done digitally from now on if he wants more gear all he has to do is stop in and the logo part is paid for! Thats like the gift that keeps on giving. I was very impressed with the turnover speed and the great variety of options. Well worth remembering next time I need to get a gift!
