Since 1997, Machinery Service & Design has been manufacturing equipment to rebuild and repair hydraulics. Our specialty is hydraulic equipment repair including hydraulic cylinder repair. Cylinder repair begins on the cylinder disassembly table. Selecting the proper cylinder repair equipment is critical to the success and ease of operation. The full length large volume collector pan helps keep your shop clean and promotes safety by eliminating oil spillage while disassembling components.
Standard set of 14 plates for standard and heavy SAE nuts from 3" to 6-1/8" nuts. Metric set of 12 plates for 60mm to 150mm metric nuts. Plates are easily and quickly installed into the capture ring of the "Nut Buster". They are used as a box wrench to remove and/or tighten nuts and offer a very affordable alternative to large sockets.
Our cylinder honing equipment is designed with the hydraulic rebuilding shop in mind. There are many features incorporated into our hone that make it ergonomically friendly and environmentally safe. The Hone is manufactured in two sections (power section and cylinder section). Each section is comprised of a sturdy 2" x 4" tubular steel frame in lengths that are built to your specifications 5ft.
The pump test stand can be set up to test open and closed loop pump, and open and closed loop motors. We can build a stand that can test a hydrostatic pump and motor together. We quote the stand in a modular sequence, starting with the base stand, the drive module, regeneration module, PLC electronic control module, data acquisition module, motor test modules, etc.
