In these tough times of supply and distribution difficulties, the folks at Revolutions listened to my wants and needs and somehow got me all the items I asked for.
I purchased 2 Honda Monkeys and a Honda scooter. It took a few weeks for the Monkeys to arrive and the scooter was much quicker. The sales and service folks really treated me right. I also noticed a new hands on approach with the owner's and management. I think I'll be doing more business with them in the future! Very Satisfied... And I don't say that lightly.

The Revolutions team has gone above and beyond for us a few times now! We sure appreciate their service department's expert work, as well as the sales department's knowledge and helpfulness. Cheers to the Revolutions team on providing peace of mind for our boats and fun machines!

Been in multiple times, extremely rude and unprofessional each time. Buddy had work done, and was extremely overpriced as well. If you read through more than 3 reviews you’ll see this is a theme…

I wouldn’t recommend because sales people are unwilling to come down on machines even by $100. The freight and set up fee is very expensive on most models, I know a lot of dealerships that don’t have this expense. Although the Fargo Honda dealership isn’t much better. A little more flexibility is what I would like to see on New and used.

Parts department guys should be just fired! Went to ask a few questions and try Purchase some parts But faced with two guys would not help and rude attitude,
finally had to ask the salesman to help me out.
I've noticed I'm not the only one that's have this issue lately

I bought a used 2018 seadoo rxpx from them and they never disclosed it was a prior buyback, I don't care if it was an auction item. I wouldn't have purchased the item from them knowing this. I found out from university motors that it was a buyback and seadoo wasn't willing to help. The only reason I found out was because my local dealer opened a case. They don't care and know I am stuck with a 6000 dollar repair. I understand they resell auction items, the difference for me was not knowing it was a previous lemon. No you didnt offer to help.

Based upon multiple interactions. I must say first, there is one guy in the service department that was nice, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. Unfortunately, I've only had the pleasure of dealing with him once on picking up my bike after a warranty tire replacement. Otherwise, calling is met with too many "I don't knows" or sending you to parts. Called to get a quote for service. I know my bike is old (1981), but they were unable to quote me on a fork seal replacement other than, 3-5 hours of labor and I'd have to talk to parts (and had to have my vin, which they already have) to get a price

I carried in two motorcycle tire and wheels to be balenced. They tires were already mounted on the wheels. Not on the bike. Came back later and was charged 110 dollars for the balance job. I was floored. They would not budge on the price. One month later I walked by the bike and the wheel weights have fallen off and are laying on the ground. The stick on weights did not stick. Rip-off and poor quality work. Will never return.

Service department is cocky and lacking knowledge on older Polaris items. I went in for a bulb for a polaris xplorer 400 ATV dual headlamp and both times they got it wrong. Thank GOD for Walmart because I typed in the info listed above and got the correct build, 1/2 week later the light is working again.
