Physical Therapists at Top Tier Sports Medicine offer a highly innovative approach to patient recovery and rehabilitation. Our therapists are very involved in each of their patients particular therapy needs. Continuity of care is key with returning our patients to their prior level of function, it is our goal for the patient to work with the same Physical Therapist throughout their duration of care.
Each visit the patient makes to our facility, their progress is documented in our EMR (Electronic Medical Record) a tool for improving communication with the referring physician as well as allowing the therapist to thoroughly monitor and track the patients overall ability to reach their original goals established in the initial evaluation.

I rarely give 5 stars to anyone place but today I make an exception, because this place really helped with my recovery after my secon TKR, Brian, was my therapist and I can only say how thankful I am to him for his attention to my recovery, even on days I wanted to give up, he encouraged me to keep going. during the beginning of the PT It was an especially hard time to have such a surgery, the lockdown of the country just began. The staff there was amazing as well, the center was always clean and I felt comfortable. If you are in need of therapy for any reason this is the place "TOP TIER THANK

The front office staff (Elise & Jennifer) are absolutely wonderful- they quickly get to know you and treat you like family. My daughter and I both went to PT at the same time and saw Brian Pogue. I had a broken foot and my daughter was post-surgery for a torn labrum. When I first started going to Top Tier, I could not even walk. I literally was still using the knee scooter and experiencing horrible pain if I put any pressure at all the foot. I was starting to feel that I may never walk again. I saw immediate improvement once I began physical therapy with Brian. He understood the complicated nature

Curtis was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen and then to educate. The facility was clean and modern, which is something many outpatient PT sites seem to lack. What I appreciated most though, was his honesty; he did not try to sell me on a certain amount of treatments or make unnecessary suggestions, he used skilled judgement to provide me with what I needed and nothing more. This was truly appreciated.

Ashley was amazing. I had suffered from dizziness and would get sensations as I walked or drove and could not understand why. It lasted for months. I went to two different doctors and they had no clue. I was referred to Ashely to verify if it were a type of vertigo. When we spoke she listened very carefully and gaged what was wrong and was so happy to fix the problem. I felt her fingers on my neck for the next day lol but the dizziness was corrected. Thank you so much!! It felt like a life saver.
