This company is a totally scam. first of all they are brokers. they tell you one thing, get your credit card and have you sign a contract. then they call back and change the terms (up the price) and then refer you to their "terms and conditions" DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!! once they have it they will charge you whatever they want and its up to you to fight to get it back. they are scammers. this is predatory. BAD BAD IMORAL BUSINESS!

This company is a scam, the dumpster never arrived I have to dispute charges now with my bank because every time I try to call them they just hang the phone up on me. I repeat do not use this company you will be scammed. They scam by charging you a lot to cancel when they knew the dumpster wasn't coming in the first place

Worst company! Worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced! Wow, I wished that I read these reviews before using them. They told me one thing on the phone, and put another on the contract. The person I was dealing with said “Ma’am, I talk to 100 people a day, you expect me to remember what’s said in all of my conversations?” Yes, yes I’d do when you’re charging me $600 for a service, in which you gave me the wrong information. Horrible company to deal with. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for dumpster rental needs. They charged me $488 for a 10 yard dumpster. Then they subcontracted it to some other company, who handed me an invoice for $277. So they marked up the price by over $200. I called twice and asked to speak to someone about that, and no one ever returned my call. They did not deliver the dumpster that was advertised on the site, and the one they did deliver did not fit in my driveway, so it had to go on the street, violating my HOA rules. I was misled that they were the company actually binging the dumpster but instead they charged $200 over the price agreed upon and as a facilitator, they never said they were a 3rd party so I called for a pick up and about the damaged dumpster to no avail. They take your money and no service after that. I called to complain and billing dept. called me an idiot for not knowing how much dumpsters cost and hung up on me. They say 5 star service when you call in but really it's a rip off ring. Be very aware of this shady business practice.

I will never use this company in any capacity ever again. Totally unorganized and unprofessional if I could give zero Stars I would I rented a dumpster from them and they totally ripped me off I called them on the 17th of March to have the dumpster removed and they told me it would be removed in 48 hours but they show up 10 days later without even calling ready to pick up the dumpster then saying they can't pick it up because it's blocked nobody notified me nobody called me to tell me there was a problem and on top of that they want to add more surcharges do not ever use this company
