The company started in a rented office/warehouse on Ward Avenue. Although the physical appearance was a bit humble compared to others, S. Tanaka almost immediately began making a name for itself by building quality homes for its customers providing outstanding service. Focusing initially on new homes, the company expanded to include additions and renovations.
