a bad bad insurance! DO NOT buy from them it will be a big mistake! they over charge you so much! and when you are going to cancel the policy with them, they play ticks on you and keep on charging you! no one on earth should do any busisnese with these nasty people!

The worst customer treatment I experienced in my life. Despite the fact that I did not sign the renewal papers, I received a notice that a payment will be automatically withdrawn from my bank the following month, as part of the new policy payment. I called the agency letting them know that I don't want to renew the policy and asked them to stop the automatic bank payments. The person on the phone told me that he stopped the payments and that I don't have to worry about anything and that the policy will not renew as long as no payment as made. I received the payment cancellation notice by mail.

I shopped for 3 days and Dave still found a quote to beat them all. Overall great customer service. He found the right policies for me quickly and handled it all with class! Top notch service - thanks!

Never, ever had a customer service issue with this group. I call when needed and they respond with great service.

Not sure why so many negative comments. I’ve trusted Sciolla Agency with any insurance issues I’ve had over the last 5 years and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help me. There is always someone there to answer my call, and they always give a fast response. I highly recommend using them for your insurance needs!

Terrible customer service. Called to discuss policy information and the guy that answered the phone was so rude that the conversation only lasted 1 minute.

Terrible place. Does not care at all about you. I have a loan on my car and they NEVER put the lienholder on my Progressive account last year in August when I purchased the car.
Also Progressive came after me a month later to add something or they would cancel my insurance on my car since this place didn't do that in the first place. They ended up raising my rate.
Not to mention my occupation was never put in so I was overcharged every month due to that.
Never use this company for insurance. Period. Go somewhere else.

POSITIVE: I loved my Progressive insurance coverage; recieved a lot of coverage and perks such as rental reimbursement. NEGATIVE: Originally $215 for full coverage of a brand new vehicle. Without any accident or change in driving, my insurance went up 4 times in one month (they even lied and said I forgot to sign a paper in their packet declining an addition service which caused my insurance to go up).
