1.) I had an appointment scheduled with these people for February. I am on their call list if an appointment comes up sooner. I received a call on 12/20/17 letting me know there is an opening on 12/21/17 at 11:30am. I received a call on 12/21/17 asking me where am I. She said the appointment was for 9:30 and she did not have an opening for 11:30. Well, she should of told me 9:30 in the first place. Than she is telling me she has to put me back in February so I just hung up.
2.) I than received a call but I did not answer saying to callback before 2 to let her know if I want my February appointment
