To my dismay, my dryer stopped working so I thought to see if cleaning the vent would help resolve my issue. I called Al with Vent Pros and he was able to quickly give me a quote, assurance to prioritize performing a clean in the next business day or two, and followed through with an appointment time. I was very pleased and impressed with their expertise in cleaning out what turned out to be a very clogged dryer vent. In addition, Al discovered a tear in my vent directly behind my dryer, which he replaced quickly for a very reasonable price. Now, my dryer is back up and running and I am sooo thankful

I would highly recommend VentPros. Al was very kind, honest, and a real pleasure to deal with. He helped me with clearing my dryer vent which had been blocked with sticks/debris from a myna bird who had been building a nest in there! I recently purchased my home and just replaced the dryer. The old dryer dried OK, but took too long. The new dryer sensed a vent restriction and shut down as a safety feature. When I reached into the vent duct and pulled out a handfuls of lint I knew I needed a professional to clean the 15feet of duct that was in an interior wall running to the roof. That's when I called Vent Pros Hawaii. Al and his team came out the same day and did an excellent job. They swept the duct from in the house up and from the roof down. It was unbelievable how much lint had caked on the duct. My new dryer

We have lived in our place here 6 years and never had the dryer vents cleaned! I knew it would help the life of the dryer, our energy costs, decrease drying time, and prevent a dryer/lint fire! After our nephew had a dryer fire it prompted us to take action. I luckily called the right people! Al and his team immediately replied to my inquiry and set up a time/date to clean out the vents.
