As a longtime Alaskan and resident of Anchorage, I am excited to be able to serve my community with insurance and financial services. I love Alaska and have been a supporter of many local community events including Fur Rondy, Rodeo Alaska and I am an active board member for 907 Barrel Racers and Anchorage Horse Council. The staff’s customer service, immediate responses to my many inquiries and the compassion given during a difficult time and transition for me personally was so incredibly appreciated. After moving to Anchorage from Georgia, I transferred my renters insurance from from Georgia to Alaska. When our apartment burned down and we lost everything we owned, I discovered that the Georgia agent hadn't done the transfer of the policy correctly. I’ve known Stacey Allen professionally for 13 years and have gained a personal relationship over time. I trust her advice, input, and opinion. I have consistently found her to be honest/open/transparent and I feel comfortable every time she has helped me to make decisions concerning my insurance needs. Besides that, I have been with State Farm for 35-40 years and I have nothing but loyalty for their tried and true protection.

My insurance needs are demanding. Trucks, trailers, classics, seasonal use vehicles, and teenage drivers in the house. I’m a business owner who is very particular and appreciates the professional attitude that is kept by an agency where they treat each other and their clients like family. The savings with better coverage actually shocked me after 25 years with a major competitor. Stacey and her staff are definitely worth switching even without the savings but I’m close to 30% savings with home and auto. If you’re not doing insurance with Stacey Allen, you’re doing insurance all wrong.

This process was SO easy!! Taylor got us a quote very quickly and it was so easy to get ahold of her and have our questions answered and our coverage adjusted. Who would have thought insurance would be such a seamless process…..we are super happy with our coverage and it’s definitely an extra weight off our shoulders ☺️ highly recommend!

From my first phone call I was Greeted with a enthusiastic voice over the phone, cheerful ready to help. I was hoping to just get a quote for my car insurance but ended up talking to Hannah about not just 1 car but 2 cars I have. Hannah took all my information she needed and listened to all my WANTS and needs, telling me she or one of the others girls in the office would return my call with quotes.
Molly and I played phone tag on Friday and reached each other on Monday.
I was Shocked at the price savings!!! I got both my cars Fully covers for only 12.00 more then I was paying to only have 1 covered
