Allstar Healthcare, Inc. is conveniently headquartered in Arlington, Texas. We are Medicare certified and specialize in treating seniors in their homes using highly trained home care professionals dedicated to the care and comfort of our patients. We are a home health agency which provides comprehensive home health services.

Prior to receiving services, a nursing care plan is created with the family and patient as indicated by the physicians' exact instructions. To Ensure the highest standard of quality, our RN Assessment Nurses regularly monitor the care given for each home care patient. Each assessment is professional documented and a summary is sent to the patient's physician.

In the State of Texas, you have certain legal rights as a patient. As a home health care agency, we are required by federal law to provide you with a written packet of information concerning your rights as a patient inlcuding information about advance directives. This information is not intended to be a comprehensive discussion of all of your rights as a patient or of those rights themselves.

As a patient receiving health services and care, we understand you may be concerned about how your medical and other health-related information may be handled. We, at Allstar Healthcare, are committed to ensuring patient privacy and confidentiality to you and others that we serve.
