This experience was too good. My best friend and I were searching for an Uber to the airport half an hour before we really needed to leave. The app showed one Uber on the ENTIRE island. Panic set in. We were frantically calling every taxi service in South Maui until We landed on South Maui Taxis. This was the greatest thing. Chuck answered calmly and told us he would back out of the car wash to come get us. I cannot begin to articulate the relief we felt. In that moment Chuck was our savior. We WERE going to make our flight. Chuck is polite, nice, and an all around chill person. His taxi is clean

Great Communication, Terrific Service
Cannot say enough good things about Chuck and his team. Let's face it, men are not usually the best communicators by text/phone -- but Chuck is a strong exception. You can make all arrangements by text and/or phone, and he'll get back to you as soon as he safely can (sometimes minutes). He drove us 5 times in 8 days, and his colleague Darrell (equally great) once. Every wonderful thing said in other reviews is true: reliable, kind, always on time or early, and all about the customer.

Called in around 8:30 to schedule a pick up around 10:30 to take us to the airport. Gentleman answering the phones was very kind and called me around 10:10 to confirm and even offered to pick us up early since we were ready. Mary Anne picked us up. She was very nice, the van was extremely clean and new. Definitely would use them on our next visit to Maui!

We had an morning kayak tour and were able to make a reservation the day before for a super early next day pick up. Chuck was responsive in figuring out a way to get us so early, and our driver Jim was on time and awesome. I would definitely use them again for peace of mind making next day reservations, especially when rideshare cars seem sparse certain times of day on Maui.
