First time buyer for renters insurance. I initially called to get some information but they were able to walk me through the process over the phone and actually get everything set up in 20 mind or so. The staff were informative and the price wasn't nearly as high as I expected the renters insurance to be.

Third generation family member who is/has been insured by Terry. He has always been upfront and honest. He has never pushed to upsell us on anything we didn't want, yet still bring to our attention changes we may need in our insurance. I truly feel he looks out for what's best for my family and I.
