My grandma stayed at The Bridge for about a month . She was there for physical therapy to try and gain some mobility . She’s pretty much incompetent (can’t stand, walk, go to the bathroom, or eat well on her own) . The nurses were told to help her eat (cut up her meats or to at least help get her started) . They told us they have other people who need more help . They gave her a full cup of coffee that she spilled of herself more than once . Luckily it was cooled down enough and didn’t burn her . They kept her in bed almost all day and she ate in bed to most of the time . They did her laundry

My husband stayed at this facility for over 6 weeks after suffering a stroke, during which time I was not allowed inside to visit because of Covid 19. The only form of communication was by phone/outside through window. While he felt the staff was very nice, they could not seem to leave his phone where he could reach it. This required calling back to ask the switchboard to have someone go move the phone. If I was transferred to the nurses' station to ask them myself (if they answered), I again had to call back to ring the room, as the staff does not seem to know how to transfer calls. On numerous

My grandma was here for under 24 hours after being released from memorial after having her hip replacement surgery. The first morning there she fell out of her wheelchair and we were notified. I arrived there to find her completely out of it, incoherent and slurring but they said she’s responsible for herself. She didn’t even know where she was so clearly not reasonable. It turns out they didn’t give her any insulin and she is a type 1 diabetic. I insisted that we call 911 and she was sent to the ER. The doctors said this was completely avoidable. Do not send your family here if they need

My family member was in this facility for a little over 3 months last year. The care by some of the CNAs was beyond amazing, but unfortunately there were many others that were just plain rude and wayyy overworked (which probably explains the rudeness) the care given most days was less than mediocre. Linens were not changed frequently. Nurses were quitting left and right in the middle of the shifts. To top it all off, on one of the nights a nurse quit, my family members picc line was caught in a wheelchair tire and pulled out. A CNA reattached it from the dirty floor, ungloved and uncleaned. I called
