Wow, I cannot say enough about Brad Nick’s professionalism and all around work attitude.
My elderly parent’s basement required a dirty water cleanup, they had a septic backup.
He came same day stayed into the evening hours until the water was remediated, called a plumber for us, handled all the insurance communication and called me on several occasions to keep me up to date.
Brad returned for several more days to make sure the basement was dry and clean. My parents were very comfortable having Brad around, he even shoveled the snow off the basement outside steps so not to track any equipment

we had a flood in our basement at 3 am in the morning and called Building Services immediately. Brad was here in 30 minutes and started extracting water immediately. He also helped us every step of the way through the claim and answered the phone everytime we had a question. highly recommend

Me and my wife came home from work and realized we had a puff back in our home. There was soot all over the walls, ceiling and furniture. So we called Building Services and Brad was over in 20 minutes. He helped us through all stages of the claim, and assured us everything would be okay. We highly recommend Building Services Inc.

We went on vacation for a week and came back to our whole basement flooded and mold was covering the walls. we called building services and Brad said he was close by and came to my house in 15 minutes. He started pumping out water immediately and helped us through our entire water and mold claim. he really knows his stuff and is a pleasure to work with. highly recommend building services!!

I Highly recommend Building Services Inc for all restoration services especially for Mold. I was selling my house and the home inspector found Mold in my basement and our closing date was in a week. I called Building Services and Brad was at my home in 30 minutes evaluating the problem. He had a Mold hygienist in that night to test the air , and two days later they removed all the mold and we got clearance from the inspector 2 days before closing date! These guys did an amazing job and saved the day for us! Highly Recommend
