Lynn Loebner holds an M.S.W. degree from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. She is licensed to practice in Oklahoma (#0369). She owned and operated Tulsa Biofeedback Institute until 1993. In that year, she began to shift her focus from psychotherapy and stress management to life coaching.
