Dina was our day-of coordinator for our wedding at The Brazilian Room, where Elegant Event Decoration and Catering is one of the preferred caterers. From our first tasting through to the end, Dina was responsive, quick, and easy to work with. She assembled and managed a great staff for the day-of and everyone was pleasant, efficient, and thorough. We're so grateful to the owners for assembling and entrusting such a great team for our wedding. Everyone raved about the food, and was amazed by the service! Thank you all!

Carlos and his team did an amazing job catering, decorating, and coordinating with our other vendors for our wedding. From planning it to execution, everything went so smoothly on our big day. I would not change a thing. I highly recommend choosing Elegant Event Decoration and Catering and would hire them again in a heartbeat for future occasions. They're a great team!

Top notch in every aspect! We had our annual awards banquet and it was amazing from start to finish thanks to Carlos and his staff. Classy, friendly and flexible are the three words that come to mind about Carlos. Every detail was covered and the room, the food and the audio/visual services were perfect. We look forward to working with Carlos and his company for years to come and if I ever need a caterer for my own personal events I will most definitely be calling him for that as well.

Elegant Event took care of our wedding flowers and decorations this past April. Carlos and his wife Rosa were a pleasure to work with. They were very flexible with our meeting times and didn't mind having to meet with us multiple times to go over things again ;) They were also very helpful with recommendations. We ended up booking our officiant because their recommendation and we loved him! (He just recently retired)
I really appreciated that they didn't charge for every little addition. If it was a reasonable request, it was included! Day of our wedding, the staff
