Before joining Glassman & Zissimopulos, John was a prosecutor in the Alachua County Office. In prosecuting more than a thousand criminal cases, John has obtained an extensive knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures used by the State in Gainesville, Florida and surrounding areas. Before graduating, John was the President of both the undergraduate and law school Mock Trial Teams at the University of Florida.
In a felony battery case, Glassman & Zissimopulos successfully argued that their client was immune from prosecution under the stand-your-ground. The case was dismissed by the Court. In a drug trafficking case, Glassman & Zissimopulos successfully argued that their client's vehicle had been unlawfully searched and that evidence found in the vehicle should not be admissible at trial.
Resolution for our Client - Glassman & Zissimopulos represented a 42 year old man who suffered a neck injury in an automobile collision which resulted in the need for surgery. Resolution for our Client- Glassman & Zissimopulos represented a 29 year old woman who suffered a neck injury in an automobile collision.
