Jesse was unbelievably helpful. He really went the extra mile for my wife and I. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. For example, when the seller didn't want to close early, he called on our behalf and pleaded with her. When she eventually asked for $50 in order to close early, he paid it for us. Another example is how when my sister was randomly stopping by to look at the house before we had gotten the keys, he let her in to look at it. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a really professional and caring real estate agent.

Aqua sold our home in Redmond, WA. They did a fantastic job making the whole transaction smooth. They are transparent with all the costs. They have excellent relationships with a home staging company which knows how to do just enough to strike the right balance between great presentation and reasonable staging cost. We moved out of state and had to sell our house month later after our move. We met with Jessy and discussed the process before our move, so on the last day we just dropped keys to him and were on our way.

Once we were ready to sell the house, we contacted Jessy again to start the process. It was really convenient to have him working on our house. We had some minor issues that Jessy helped resolving, like cleaning the house, small plumbing fixes etc. Jessy had local contractors to do those tasks and price was quite reasonable.
