We had two trees removed recently and the Hayward workers were fast and efficient. It was amazing to watch big trees fly through the air! They ground up the trees fast and cleaned up the entire area. Very impressed with customer service and great service.

Phil came out and gave an estimate for 5 trees to be trimmed and reduced because they are getting top heavy and hanging 6 feet over the sidewalk. When I accepted their estimate and scheduled service I confirmed that they would bring a bucket lift to reach the tops of the trees. Had to wait three weeks for them to come out and do the work. When they arrived on schedule they did not have the equipment to reach the top half of the trees. The estimate said crown thin and reduce end weight which I assumed would reduce the weight on the top halves as well. They said they didn't have the equipment available

On 8/13/21 Hayward tree service was hired to cut down 2 Cottonwood trees at my neighbors house.. they wanted to access my neighbors RV gate thru my yard..I told them my septic system was there. crew chief said he wouldn’t even drive his Pick up truck over a specific system..He said this heavy equipment (huge crane and 2 chipper trucks) could possibly damage the system.. He assured me he would find another route to access the neighbors back yard.. he said Would Not drive on my property!!!.. I left for work and when I came I saw the huge tire tracks in my yard.. over our leach field- We talked

I’m just sayin’ they removed a 40 ft pine tree and an orchid tree, ground the stumps below grade, came AHEAD of schedule, and were amazingly done in an hour. Its quite the operation. So organized and actually entertaining to watch how their team is a well oiled machine. And they were the lowest bid.

We contacted Hayward Tree Services to have our large, 20 ft. tall saguaro cactus removed due to the cactus having a disease. The owner Phil came out to assess the saguaro & the next day his crew came out first thing in the morning. They had set up their equipment, cut up the saguaro, removed it with a crane & cleaned up the whole area within 45 minutes. We were so amazed at how safe, efficient & professional they were. They went above and beyond for service. I had them out to remove two trees. When I got home, not only were the trees removed but so was the old debris that I was expecting to have to take care of once the trees were gone. Even my patio was swept. They were also about $500 cheaper than another company for the exact same service. Great communication and prompt service.

Awesome service! All the know how, equipment and staffing to knock the job out efficiently and safely. Our jog seemed technical to me, being a tight space. Hayward sent their crane, and out those trees went. Don't waste your time getting quotes that are basically going to be virtually the same. Hayward proved they could handle it!

I had 5 very large, very mature, Australian Bottle Trees removed from the yard of my rental property in Chandller. From the direct, no-nonsense delivery of the fair cost estimate, to the professional and clean removal and stump grind of the trees, I was completely satisfied. Wow! I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard. Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper. Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground. Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced! Thank you guys!

These guys were amazing to work with, we had them come in and remove a large pine from our back yard, they were early and professional. I had planned on saving some logs for seating, Manuel was more than willing to facilitate that, he even cut them so they would have backs on the chairs!!!, I would highly recommend this company. Based on the positive reviews, we gave Hayward a try. We won't use their services again. The positives: their quote was about $500 less than Tree Pros & about $115 less than Arbor Care; Hayward trimmed & fertilized the trees well; their communication (calling ahead to inform us the techs were on the way) was good, as was their response time when I expressed concerns & unhappiness. The negatives: the guys totally destroyed our watering lines when grinding two stumps; they didn't bother to tell us they did so; when someone returned to fix the lines, he had to fix one set &

We had Hayward come out to give us a quote to remove 3 trees and possibly trim up our huge mulberry tree. A certified arborist came out and looked and he told us that the mulberry is rotting and explained it to me. The trunk had split into 4 and would fall once it leafed out. The trunk had a hollow sound as well so we added that to the list. We were happy with the price. All said and done we ended up getting rid of 4 trees (2 dead, 2 in bad areas) their stumps and 3 additional stumps that the previous owners had left. They had a cancellation so were able to come a week early too! They were on time

First of all, without the price, I would have chosen Hayward due to other reviews and they were very friendly and professional. They couldn't make our first appointment for the estimate, but clearly communicated in advance via text message. They came out on a Saturday to do the quote.
Secondly, they had the best price by a long shot against the other tree service. I felt the other companies were trying to rip us off and Hayward
