Used to be best in town. Employees are rude and turn away business. With the attitudes I've gotten the last 3 times I've tried ordering food I'm not sure how they're even open.

Ordered chow mein (which has noodles not cabbage, celery, and carrots only) got chop suey and when i called to politely let them know they lied and told me chow mein doesn't have noodles. Used to be a good place but this left a very bad taste in my mouth quite literally. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Excellent food and fast service. My daughter and son-in-law live nearby and order from here regularly. I look forward to ordering (often several times) from Joy's Village every time I come to Delaware, Ohio.

Satisfying 🥡 standards to go & ample portions to extend the value 🥠 I typically get egg roll, soup, & Szechwan veggies + tofu (comes with 🍚).

Food is cooked fresh and is authentic. Dishes actually taste different versus some Chinese restaurants where it's one taste with slightly different ingredients. My vegetarian son has lots of options, not just appetizers to pick from for dinner. Staff is friendly and warm. It's a go to on those nights when we just don't want to cook.

It's usually always awkward going in to order here. But today was just not good. I went in, ordered the general tso combo meal with lo mein an egg roll and crab Rangoon. Like i always do when i go. The guy told me that doesn't come together. I said I get that every time and was told again I can't do that... so I ordered lo mein and teriyaki beef. That came to freaking 17$! Which I do not
Understand at all. I'm waiting for my order, I kid you not, a guy walks in orders the EXACT same thing I was originally trying to order and there was no problem. Really wish Delaware had another

Driver didn't know where to deliver. Got text late, came back. Food is not great. How did you get good compliments. Pork fried rice had too many BIG pieced of pork and no flavor. Couldn't chew. Egg rolls were okay. Never order again.

Joy's is our Delaware go-to for Chinese food. Others in town are much greasier. Also, Joy's delivery is crazy fast. We scratch our heads and wonder how they could make all these different dishes and get them to us so quickly! My only wish is that they brought back their egg foo young. It was my go-to and they took it off the menu about a year ago. Bring that back and I will order more often!

Joy's has been a staple all through college and still remains a staple for me. Amazing food with good portions and price. All the bad reviews are for their fried rice: DO NOT GET THEIR FRIED RICE.
Instead, get their hot & spicy chicken, garlic pork (I always substitute for beef), black pepper beef, satay chicken/tofu or mongolian beef. All their vege dishes are good, not your typical Chinese restaurant. If you like noodles, get their Phad See Ew with shrimp. Owner is Malaysian-Chinese, the food feeds my soul and truly cures my homesickness.

Always amazing. My whole extended family actually wanted Chinese for the first time in my life. It was all their first Joys meal and they all loved it. The portions are great, delivery was quick and the food was perfect as always.

Always check your bill! This is the second time in two months I've been charged $10.00 to much on my bill. The apologetic cashier made it seem even more phoney. This place is unfriendly the food is not good and now let's add dishonesty to the list. I give this place one star because I am unable to give it ZERO!

I’ve never gotten to be inside this restaurant, as I found it after the quarantine closed indoor dining, but the food is excellent. The fried options aren’t greasy, even when carried out! There are several vegetarian options that could easily be made vegan as well. It’s nice to see more than one option on a menu for a vegetarian.
The kid’s meals are big enough for most kids (even some adults!), especially when paired with a shared appetizer or two. The pineapple chicken is my husband’s favorite dish. I like to change my options up a bit each time, the vegetarian noodle dishes are really

Not horrible, but not the best food I have ever had. No one was in the dining area but it was in disarray. Trash needed emptied and tables could have been cleaner. Do not plan to return.

Joy's Villiage is our favorite Asian delivery in Delaware because they have great service and awesome food.
The Teriyaki Chicken appetizer... just trust me. Seriously.
I mean, come on, it's meat on a stick. The best meat on a stick. If I don't order this that I speak of, the husband is absolutely crushed. Man. The first time I didn't order it after we had discovered it and had been ordering it, I thought he was going to tear up... Whoa! What had I just done?! Haha! Never again have I made that mistake. Prices are completely reasonable and you don't wait long for delivery

We usually like this place and order from here often. But today we ordered a takeout order and when I arrived home there was no sweet and sour sauce for the sweet and sour chicken. I called them to see if they could run me out some since they screwed the order up and it became a problem. They were not quick to fix their mistake nor did it seem as if they really wanted to. They told me it would be about 30 mins before they could. My meal would have been cold by then. We are so frustrated for the lack of customer service we received and in the future will not be ordering from here ever again.

Came here because my fiance was wanting Chinese food. He really enjoys Chinese food as he grew up in California so he knows what good Chinese food is. Since he was moved to Ohio ots been hard for him to find good Chinese food. He enjoyed everything he got here and would definitely come back. While he can't get past the Chinese food he could get in California, the food here was definitely a step above the rest. We had the General Tso chicken, house specialty fried rice, vegetable fried rice, fried wontons and an egg roll. Talk about a lot of food. While the amount of food was large it was definitely

Solid moo shoo pork. Potstickers are great. Lo Mein is solid. Calling in orders can be tough - lots of background noise, placed on hold for a couple minutes, etc. Overall, good food and decent prices.

Good takeout Chinese food is typically hard to find, but I'm glad after a day of moving I decided to give Joy's for takeout a try. I ordered a large wonton soup and the teriyaki chicken. They told me 10 mins and I arrived there on the dot and it was done. Inside isn't much to look at - I don't know if I would go there to eat a meal but everyone working seemed super friendly and it was clean. It was just a little cramped inside.

The wonton soup was flavorful and hot (temperature wise!) and a good value (I bought a large). I ordered the teriyaki chicken with the fried rice and

I ordered takeout and was very happy with my order. I had the chicken and broccoli which I asked to be made spicy...they added a pepper oil, I think. It was very good. Flavorful wonton soup, too. I'll definitely be back!

Ordered pot stickers, hot and sour soup and lettuce wraps WITH EXTRA LETTUCE. Pot stickers and the soup were well cooked and tasty as always. The minced chicken was also very good. My issue is with that fact that I paid for extra lettuce, as I had several guest over.

Look at the posted picture of my paid for "extra" lettuce. It was a chunk of almost unusable lettuce. We were able to pull a few shreds off of it that were useable. I have had this issue twice before. I figured, third time is the charm. I was wrong. Same thing as before, check the lettuce before you leave.

I'm sure

Menu board does not have prices, food is served on foam plates, drinks are 20 bottles, flatware is the cheapest plastic that can be found and melts from heat of food The restaurant is not that clean for just opening with a staff that is less than friendly. The food portions where good of food that was far less than memorable. Dinner for three was $36.00.

The cashier was upset that I did not leave tip at the time I placed the order. I think the tip is based on service and quality at the end of a meal. When the cashier called my name to pick up the food , he stated he would have carried it out
