Stephen and his team are the A1 choice for smart home integration. I used them to install several nest cameras and for a complicated tv project that required running an outlet to an inconvenient location. They delivered an outstanding product, communicated clearly and honestly, and took the time necessary to get things right. They even came back at no charge to fix something that, although working when they left, subsequently needed a minor tweak.

Stephen has been fantastic to work with over the past month. He has always been on time and has done what he said he was going to do, oftentimes going beyond expectations. He has completed our full home automation, has installed multiple products and is very knowledgeable about the Nest, Sonos, Apple and Samsung. He also knows the limitations of competing products.

We bought a new house where Stephen had installed the Nest system for the previous owner, who so kindly left us no instruction on how to use/transfer. We called Stephen on a Sunday night at 9:00 pm, and he answered and walked us through the set up process at no charge. Not sure if it's possible to receive better customer service or helpfulness than that!

I installed my Nest thermostat on my own but was having issues with the heating. I called them for help and was told to send him a picture of the wiring. He immediately knew what was wrong and it was an easy fix! He didn't charge me anything since it was just over the phone which I really appreciated. Even though I never dealt with them in person, I could tell just over the phone they were very knowledgeable and professional.

Stephen with Nashville Smart homes did a complicated install of two nest thermostats on a dual fuel system quickly and efficiently. He was also very easy to communicate with as my schedule fluctuated prior to the install. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I need another Nest product installed.

Stephen did a terrific job setting up a Nest doorbell, a couple Nest cameras, and Google Wifi for us. He's extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to get everything set up quickly. He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and really knows his stuff. When we encountered one snafu, he quickly fixed it. All in all it saved me a couple weekends of stumbling through a DIY installation. Highly recommend Stephen and Nashville SmartHomes!

Stephen was prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. Before installation, he met me at the house to do a walk-through and help me identify what the house needed based on my current security objectives. He did not try to get me to buy more than what I needed. When it came time for the installation, he showed up on time and was polite and efficient in getting everything up and running. He was helpful in explaining how everything worked and made the entire process painless. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Nest system and answered all of my questions.

Stephen was very prompt. Most companies were closed on Sunday's and so I expected to leave a message with yet another. Instead, Stephen answered and promptly indicated what he needed to get started. He came over the same day and was very easy to work with.
Ultimately, he could not fix my issue as I had an underlying HVAC problem. Stephen clearly communicated he was not qualified for this aspect of the work and did not charge me a cent for 2 hours of his time. I greatly appreciated his integrity and professionalism and would highly recommend.

Where do I start?! Stephen knows his stuff. I had a rough idea of what I needed for my new East Nashville house but Nashville Smart Homes took everything to a new level. After getting a very expensive quote from traditional security companies for security cameras Stephen explained the many benefits of the Nest Camera line so we went with Nest for both exterior and interior cameras. Also since we installed so many cameras they hooked us up with the Google WiFi system that took our AT&T Fiber connection to a new level. All said and done our internet is blazing fast and our cameras give us a peace
