Creating opportunities for Las Crucens to see less traditional theatre forms such as puppet theatre, improvisation, and performance art. We are committed to collaborating with other theatre and arts groups in the community to develop these goals. For example, writers groups such as Sin Fronteras/Writers Without Borders sponsor new play readings.
We would like to provide an opportunity for the most promising of these plays to take the next step to rehearsed readings and perhaps fully staged performances as co-productions between No Strings and the originating writers group. Many interesting theatre works start off as part of classroom projects but fail to develop further because of the high demand on performance space and time in the academic environment.

White Trash Etiquette is the second of the plays by Dinah Swan that No Strings Theatre Company is presenting. This is the story of how a southern woman discovered Etiquette and how it could make some order in her life. Thanks to Dinah for permission to bring this play to you. When the series is complete we will collect them into a single video.
We are often asked if reservations are necessary when attending performances. Unless you have a ticket reserved we cannot guarantee you a seat should you just come to the theatre! Even if we have space, patrons with reservations are assigned seats in the order that they reserve so early reservations will get you a better seat.
Ticket sales don't cover our full costs of bringing you high quality theatre. We rely on adventurous, open-minded individuals like you to help maintain our balance. No Strings Theatre Company is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization and your contributions to the theatre are tax deductible as allowed under the tax codes.
No Strings Theatre Company is an all volunteer organization. There are many jobs to be done at a theatre even if you have no desire to be on stage. Some jobs are closely linked to the production schedule while many others can be done at times of your choosing. You don't need to be experienced for many of the jobs.
NSTC has set its 2019-2020 season. Because we do not need any new material in the near future, we will not be considering any new manuscripts at this time! NSTC is pleased to consider original manuscripts for production or public reading. PLEASE NOTE: We are currently considering ONLY full length submissions.
