First let me say the food was good...Well we had a stuffed potato bar, can't really mess up bacon, butter and cheese right? My issue is with the customer service. It takes a couple emails and phone calls to get a response. They showed up 10 minutes prior to the event start time. We have a production crew so their lunch hour is just that 1 hour, 12:00-1:00. I asked them to please deliver between 11:15-11:30, the showed up at 11:50 so this of course cut in to their lunch since they were still setting up at 12:00. I called the owner at 11:40 and said they are still not here, she said "

My friends used Precise Catering for their wedding. I was very impressed. It was southern style food.
The Sweet Tea was just like I used to have in the South. Refreshing without being way too sweet.
The food was good. Everyone at the wedding raved about all the dishes. They had fried catfish. Normally I would avoid fried fish at a banquet because it gets so soggy. This was fried on site and in small batches, so it was always fresh!
The servers were nice and managed the event well.
I would recommend them to anybody!
