Each part is manufactured to custom lengths up to 40 feet (international container shipment maximum is 38 feet). The modular Truline vinyl sheet pile parts are dual-interlocking and provide versatility in design, layout and installation. Essentially, the parts are slid onto each other with the open end sliding onto the closed back end.

The exterior vinyl form protects the strength of the steel-reinforced concrete wall inside.
I've been in the marina industry over 7 years and Truline provides many benefits for a marina that reduce costs and is less invasive to the whole area. Compared to precast concrete, Truline requires less staging and construction space and is quicker to install. We currently have over 1,000 feet of Truline installed so far and it looks great, especially in the turns and curves with its smooth radius, unlike wide, flat concrete panels.
