Chip Matthews and his crew -- Lupe, Mark, Tyler and Ryan -- did a really great job updating both my front porch and back patio.
Chip quoted me a fair price for the work but as they got into it, they found a few unanticipated problems but Chip did not charge me anything extra past the original quote.
His team was even considerate with the 3 dogs that we have -- allowing a few minutes in between the processes for them to go outside and "handle their business".
I am very pleased with their work ethic and integrity, and I would definitely recommend them.

The crew showed up on time and got right into working. They were professional, they were respectful of my property. I was beyond pleased to see that the grinding equipment to take the old finish off of my patio was connected to a dust collection machine! the job was a 1.5 day project and I was given a thorough explanation of what work would be done each day.
The finish is perfection and I will absolutely recommend KnoxKrete to everyone who asks for my input on their concrete projects.
