I'm really grateful to find a service like Golden Eye. They were quick, responsive, and extremely accommodating in working with a residential install. They usually do commercial installations, but Rob was able to find us a good deal on a Honeywell camera system that would work for our house and our budget.

I'm glad I chose Golden Eye to install our surveillance cameras. Rob was professional, on-time, and answered my many questions. I felt he was honest in recommending what he felt was adequate for my needs and did not try to upsell which I really appreciate. They did a great job with the install and even beefed up my tech cabinet to better handle the weight of all of my other big mess of a pile of equipment. Cory even put in a screw where I could still have a place to hang my coat back up! Highly recommend! Thanks guys!

They gave a fast reply, gave me a call next day and booked time to check out the possibilities for security system around the house same week.
Great thing is that they were willing and able to install systems that we purchased ourselves earlier. (In our case Ring and Night owl)and not pushy to go with something else.
Their price was very reasonable compared to other offers we got.
Whole project took 2 days. They kept everything clean, were respectful and kept us in a loop what they were doing.
They showed us how security

Golden Eye Surveillance is the best company for installing high end surveillance systems AND they are also just as amazing in helping you install wireless cameras and doorbell cameras if you need some extra help (like I did). Rob helped me install some wireless Ring doorbell cameras in my front gate entry way and also my front door as well as a wireless Ring battery camera in my back yard and helped me integrate them with Ring interior cameras and also they are complimentary to the high end wired surveillance cameras

Rob and his team at Golden Eye recently installed six 4K HD 8 megapixel cameras and related accessories at our home in Newport Beach. Golden Eye was price competitive, prompt, efficient, cordial, and very helpful to my wife and me in tutoring us on the system, in accessing the IPhone app, in following up, and in answering our many questions. These guys are pros. They provide terrific service. We are able to highly and unconditionally recommend Golden Eye for any surveillance system needs. It is a huge relief to my wife and me to now have a first class system at our home which was installed

Completely dissatisfied. Found owner of Company to be unfriendly and uncooperative. Had him install extremely overpriced cameras on the front of our home and after 2 1/2 years had him back at the house for a possible further installations. Had to force him to re-check these previously installed cameras found out that one of them didn't work and it was no longer under warranty after two years. He gave us a price of almost $1000 to replace this camera even though we had just paid him over $1000 to put this individual camera in 2 1/2 years prior! He does not stand by his products. He is unfriendly

I was surprised just how easy it was working with this Golden Eye Surveillance Systems. I called the company and was greeted by the owner of the company. I talked to him about what I wanted to do and the budget I had to work with. He came out, I showed him what I wanted done and the next day I got an estimate back. I highly recommend this company. They take pride in their work, and really wanted me to be happy with everything. I'm very happy I called them because the owner suggested a more cost effective way to achieve what I wanted and get a bigger bang for my buck. If you want top quality products

They were open minded to use the parts that my son, Douglas had carefully researched and procured for our job.
All the cabling was routed, tied off, and labeled in a neat manner.
Fortunately the job did not require any large areas to be opened

I have used Golden Eye on many occasions from major commercial surveillance systems, to home surveillance and even Christmas lights! We will have them back every time. This is not a one-&-done outfit. They are the real deal and always supply us with the best equipment. I have used other companies in the past but, since going with Golden Eye we have never been disappointed. When we had a service issue, they were always there to help. I definitely recommend them for any commercial or residential projects.

This company does all and I would give it a five star rating because this company not handles my surveillance camera system but my security alarm system also. I have been informed over the years that not all security companies can handle Surveillance cameras and Security alarm systems too. Anyone can put a system in, but the company has to certified by the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Service to install a proper and working alarm system. This company is not only certified by the State of California, they are local guys who know there jobs.

These guys did a fantastic job at our building in Lake Forest. We will have them back to wire up our new building later this year. They are a top notch crew of knowledgeable techs and only use the best equipment. Our cameras are working in high def many years later. Everything hooked up to our cell phones and DVR that records six months back. Great company, service and prices.
