John is the best. I called him to repair my pool system. He came out the same day and was back to fix it the next day. All new parts and an energy-efficient pump. My pool has never looked so good. Thank you!

John came out and had a look at our hot tub that came with our house. We have had trouble keeping the water clear. He helped us get the right chemicals and process and brought some of what we needed out to the house. Very friendly guy, excellent service! We look forward to a clean tub!

I called these guys because they were the closest Hotsprings folks that could replace a bad motor in my spa. I spoke tho the girl that answered the phone. She said there would be a $125 travel fee plus a $120 service fee. She said they would come out and diagnose the problem and then order the parts and come back out when the parts come in. I told her I could send her 6 pics of the issue and that it was in fact a leaking motor with the bearings going out. It needed a motor. I asked her if there would be an additional travel fee and service fee for the second visit and making it a grand total of

Not only extremely rude people...prices were very high and when I asked why they just told me I could go to LA and waste a day....WOW really?....I can tell you this....don't throw your money away at this rip off shop

Love, love, LOVE the people in here. It's nice to know that a little piece of the Spa Shop survived with this store, seeing that there are two former employees from that store now working here. Great customer service, and so willing to work with what you want, need, and can afford. And if they don't have what you need in stock, they'll find it for you and get it for you. This company really cares about their customers!
