Just had care and meds provided for a month of at-home IV infusion from this company. My experience was nothing like the other reviews - they were kind, competent, and prompt with visits and supply delivery. I received calls every week regarding supply and med shipments, and nurses called at about 5 PM the day before to advise of arrival time the next day.

Used to love them. I've been left to suffer in pain because they couldn't manage my complicated case.

Disorganized, and they keep sending my medication to my old address despite updating it after each infusion. Infusion days are scheduled ahead of time, but you do not find out what time they are coming until the night before. They're growing faster than they were prepared. Home infusions are great and to me make it worth it, but they need some restructuring.

Horrible, poor excuse for a business. Extremely difficult to contact (not good for a company that deals with medical issues) and they are very disorganized. I have had nothing but frustrations having to get medical supplies from them.

NELC sales associates told the doctor the equipment would be delivered to our home by 7pm. The nurses came at 7pm but NELC did not. They didn't show up until after 8:30pm but the nurse had to leave by then, so the medication didn't start until the next day. A week later, after one of the equipment malfunctioned, NELC told the doctor a new one would arrive at 5pm. The nurse came at 5:30 pm and waited 45 min. Again, the nurse had to leave and NELC finally showed up after 6:30pm which again disrupted the medication doses and consequently created an issue with the number of days the insurance covered
