My wife and I ordered Stone for a walkway and patio with a stone fireplace from builderUp. The order was placed in March we didn’t receive the material until middle of June. The material was delivered while we were at work and was wrapped in plastic on several pallets. Since the delivery took so long our installer had several clients ahead of us. So once he started we had the material for 2 months but never removed from the original packaging. Once the installer began to uncrate the stone he found numerous broken pieces. We had enough to do the job so I didn't make a big deal about that. The

This Company is a fraud. One of their drivers broke my windshield. I proved it to them by providing photos of the truck and they refused to pay for the damage. Then, I called them to ask why they do not want to pay, and mysteriously, my phone calls were not answered. STAY away form this company.This company can't be TRUSTED , they are not responsible and that says a lot about the way they do business. They are not reliable,they are corrupted, poor customer services.The staff are not professional, they do not treat you with respect and are VERY Rude and sometimes sound like they are angry.
