These guys do not know what they're doing. I put it in $300 toward a Christmas fund and when my company switched away from them they, they have been making me wait around and still have not sent me my money four months later. Then because they wanted to charge me 15.00 for a canceled check fee because they sent my check to a wrong address and I had given my correct address. These guys have no clue what customer service is and even tried arguing with me about MY MONEY calling me a liar about providing them with the correct mailing address just so they can charge me for the check fee.

UPDATE--Canal HR looked my name up in their records, identified my employer (my employer is not listed anywhere on my social media), called my employer, and asked my employer to tel me to take these reviews down. At no point did Canal HR reach out to me to ask whether I was okay or extend an apology! I'm reposting my original review:
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! These people will RUIN your employees. They can't calculate overtime! They miss whole days! They don't submit paychecks on time! They could have helped their clients by cutting paychecks on Monday, July 3 (like they're supposed to!) but I guessed
