In late October I purchased a rare plant, specifically a Pink Princess Philodendron. About 2 days after I brought it home, it started declining. The leaves were droopy and the pink leaf start browning significantly. I brought the plant back up to Walton's and was told the plant was in "shock" and that it should perk back up and adjust to it's surroundings in a few days. I asked for a partial refund and was denied because apparently they cannot guarantee their plants.
