Ted and Excel travel did our Honeymoon 14 years ago and let me tell you. It was top notch from the moment we boarded our plane to the minute we landed. Words cant describe how much piece of mind we had knowing we could call Excel anytime for any issues. (Although we didnt need to) Try that with an online site. Good Luck.

Katie and Ted...no words can express how truly grateful Mike and I are to the two of you for creating such an amazing Honeymoon for us. Considering all the flights we took and all the places we visited, there was not one hiccup during the entire trip. Everything we experienced was exquisite - thanks to you too. AVOID!!!! After numerous mishaps, I will suggest to stay away from Excel Travel. From the onset, the first leg of our trip I chose the hotel, and told Excel to lock in the rates, I was told I had a "confirmed hotel room, all done", but I insisted on the actual confirmation number, right silly me. Four days later, I receive and email stating the booking never went through and the same hotel would cost me $500 more for my stay. I could not afford this and was forced to switch to a different hotel. Secondly, After our flights were booked, I had to review the airports and found out we were

Excel travel has been planning our 2 plus trips each year for 3 years now. We are both pretty experienced travelers and able to make our own arrangements but after using them for 1 trip that involved several flights we found that it is just easier to let them book everything for us. They do an amazing job, they are through and completely helpful and creative! Really nice people and great Company! Ted is the best and we go to MaryJane who is also fabulous! In many, many trips now, we have never had one problem and all the trips have been planned beautifully to include all their recommendations

Over the past five years Ted & staff have put together three fabulous European vacations: Spain/Portugal, Greece & Italy. Ted went out of his way to understand our travel style and budget. I started using this travel agent because they used to donate round trip tickets to a nonprofit organization I'm involved with. I booked long trips w/ them w/ no problem, and my husband used them for our honeymoon. If you get Ted or Patty, they were very helpful.
