This isn’t the first Harley I’ve had. But this is the first Harley I’ve bought from the crew at J&L.
The whole process was easy and relaxed. Amber took time out of her day to be a salesmen until Brekken got back from lunch.
What I liked best about the whole process was when it was time to finalize the deal, Amber called me and asked what I wanted to drink when I got there. Placed an order for two Dixxon’s I’d been searching EVERYWHERE for. Got the order and my wife’s was right but mine was wrong. Abby responded to my e-mail immediately, found the shirt that was supposed to be sent(which was now sold out in my size) and sent it WHILE WE WERE CORRESPONDING!!! Give her all of the praise!!! Called J&L service department for the first time ever on 09/30/21. Talked to a man named Andrew. Asked many questions on my bike and things that would need done, or have been done already on the bike (since it was serviced there in the past from a previous owner). This was the first time I had ever called a Harley dealership and not been rushed off the phone!! First I want to say I'm not good remembering names. I was in South Dakota ( Sat. Sept. 18th) from Chicago and saw check oil. Went to the service dept and the service guy checked my oil and put more in for me. When I went into store to buy oil, everyone greeted me, I mean everyone. I had no intentions on buying nothing but a T-shirt but got a sweatshirt as well. I want to say to the J&L team, thank you so much for the very pleasant experience. If I'm ever in the area I will definitely stop by again.

Last year , on our way to Sturgis, our bike broke down.needless to say I was not a happy camper.We rolled into J&L looking for a "beater" just to get us going again, my friends found a pristine 2011CVO RG Ultra, sitting on the showroom floor (it was not a beater) probably as close to my "dream bike" as one could come without actually ordering it. My buddies roughed up Brecken a bit, and I was still grumpy ,but he took it all pretty well. We bought the bike and have loved every minute of it. Great place! We had an issue with the trailer we were hauling. Dustin and the service guys came to help after hours with no hesitation. (The store had already closed) They jumped in and help get things in order in no time!! These guys were great! Helpful, friendly and all around great guys!
