Alexa Glibbery is an associate practicing in our firm's Healthcare Group. Ms. Glibbery is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee. She attended the University of Tennessee where she majored in English and minored in French. In 2015, Alexa obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
Robert Y. Gwin is a very seasoned trial lawyer who has represented Fortune 500 companies as well as regional and local businesses, banks, medical providers and insurance companies in litigation involving a variety of claims including negligence, products liability, medical malpractice, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, trucking litigation, insurance coverage and "bad faith", franchise disputes and employment practices.
Alyssa is an associate in our firm's insurance defense practice. Alyssa graduated from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law. During law school, she was published in the Harvard Journal on Legislation and served as Notes Editor of the Journal of Law and Education. She also served as president of the Women's Law Caucus.
Kevin's practice has focused on medical malpractice and products liability defense in cases pending in Kentucky and Indiana. His clients have included major products manufacturers, nursing homes, hospitals, and physicians. He is admitted to practice before Kentucky and Indiana state courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
Tracey Clemmons Smith is an experienced litigator that will work with you or your company to protect the interests that are most valuable while providing effective legal assistance. Representing clients at all stages of litigation from the intake process to the conclusion of the case, Ms. Smith will execute a plan to protect the client's interests in an efficient yet effective manner.

We hired two Attys to represent us in a dna case from this firm and what we where promised and agreed to was changed without our knowledge and we where mislead during court proceedings. They withdrew from our case after we had given them 10s of thousands of dollars when we asked them to just do what was ethically correct and withdraw what they had submitted without our agreement. We will Be filing a malpractice suit I would never recommend them and if you do make sure you get and see everything in writing. Terrible representation
