I ordered from them online. A closure & 4 bundles of Indian WAVY hair. I emailed customer service online because the closure was clearly a curly texture compared to the wavy bundles. Of course, customer service denied that it was curly and the wavy patterns vary… so you’re telling me the bundles coincidentally match & the closure somehow didn’t?? Instead of taking accountability and apologizing they just offered for me to send it back & denied that it was a curly closure. I am not sure how to rate this company anymore. In 2015 I would've rated 5 stars, but now not even 1 if possible. The quality used to be top notch. The kinky and Malaysian straight is/was great ( per 2017-19) , the Brazilian curly and the body wave seems like a synthetic blend, it gets tangled, matted, smells like doll hair, and will burn. The tips of the hair looks like burnt small balls after flat iron 1x at 350 degrees, and it didn't stay straight ended up looking puffy and nappy. For the price you pay, you might as well go with a business that delivers pure quality and doesn't take short cuts

This is not hair extensions! This is basically a scam ! I ordered 30 inches curly hair and what I received was so thin from the half to the end of the hair which you should cut it and then it will be shorter than my own hair. I can’t believe they sent me this , it’s useless and even the curl is totally different and smaller than the photo.
I think it’s made with plastic not even hair because it’s stretching when I touch it!

Received order and is SHOCKED at the POOR quality of the hair. Ordered 3 bundles plus closure of indiana wavy and is very disappointed at how small the bundles are and the quality of the hair is even more DISAPPOINTING! Never would I have imagined based on the social media post and website that I would be this displeased. I wouldn't even attempt to install this hair. I will be returning and expecting a refund!

Although I had one small issue with hair are us I absolutely love them. I am a customer of 3 yrs now and I only shopped in store and I’ve loved every bundle received. Soft, doesn’t shed, and flowed beautifully. Unfortunately, during this pandemic I had to order online & yes, as stated by others I did receive bad hair, but let me tell you their customer service was superb. Sent email, sent it back, and received my refund in a timely manner. I am discouraged now from shopping online but once they open back up the LA location I’ll be back because after years of searching for a good hair supplier

Huge Mistake buying online their Indian wavy is horrible I received. I co washed and installed it within 3 days as of today it’s shedding and matted in balls! I emailed them picture! Buyers be ware! I also never received a refund from them from the Brazilian ponytail that was horrible I returned over a week ago ! Lack of customer support! The hair is not virgin and smells burned even when low heat is applied like it has other fibers in it! False advertising. Will be reporting them and disputing all charges with my bank for defective products.

I feel like I was scammed honestly. I ordered 3 bundles of 20 inch Indian curly hair and 1 18 inch Indian curly closure. The bundles are extremely short. They are even shorter than my closure. The closure is a loose curly and the bundles are a tight curly. It does not match at all. The hair has a processed chemical smell and it is not virgin hair at all. I wasted nearly $400 on trash hair that looks like they got it from the beauty supply store and just slapped their label on top of it.

I love this hair! I’ve been buying hair from this place for about two or three years now and they never disappoint! I specifically love the Brazilian curly hair. Every time i wear it people compliment me on the curls and even think it’s my real hair (even though it is since i bought it lol) but nonetheless its excellent quality hair .

I recently ordered 3 bundles and a closure from Hair Are Us. I was really excited to have this hair installed since most of the reviews and instagram comments were positive. I have to say, for the price, I am definitely not impressed. I ordered the Indian curly pattern and the hair seems course, and dry. I just got this hair installed a few days ago and the ends look like I've had this hair for months. I attached a photo. This photo was even after I wet the hair and added mousse. Coming here was a little sketchy! They had a special online, and I was able to go in store to get the special. When I get there, the door was locked and someone had to come and open it. Then, they only take cash in store. It was sketchy as most transactions are approximately $200 if you are buying multiple bundles. I was able to buy the hair with no problem. The person helping me kept having to check the bundles to make sure they were the same hair and length.
The ambiance of the place is chic and nice. It was really cute and welcoming. I was able to get street parking right in front of the store

I ordered 2 bundles online during the holiday sale and was excited to finally try this hair. I received the hair and noticed the bundles were kinda thin and not the same color which I understand happens and didn't have a problem with that, until I used the hair for a ponytail! The hair tangled and shedded a lot. I conditioned the hair and it still sheds and tangle. I am very disappointed with the hair I received.

I went to this la store to purchase a bundle of 16 inch Indian wavy for my micro bead. I left the store happy withy purchase until i got home and unwrap the bundle. I notice that it seemed shorter then 16 inches so i compared it to my 14inch bundle and it was almost same length. My hair dress started the install of my hair with the micro bead, and when i told her i bought 16inch hair she immediately took out the ruler to measure because one end of the bundle seemed extremely shorter then the other. When's he measured one end the hair was 12inches!! Big difference from the other end that was

I love this place. Everyone is so happy and professional. They open on time. You hear me ON TIME. Very helpful and knowledgeable about different was to treat your hair extensions. This is my third time buying hair from this company. The only reason I've had to buy hair again is because I cut and color the last two and now I wanted longer hair. The hair keeps its loose curl pattern and because I treat my hair it stays soft and that's with platinum blonde highlights.

Came back with pictures. This hair is only a month and a half old. I have it on a wig so I don't even wear it everyday. IWill never purchase from here again. Bought 3 bundles of the Brazilian curly, gave it a pre wash the closure and the bottom bundles fell. there is no curl pattern at all. HAIR tangles like a mug!! I also don't like ATM purchases only from the store. I will be back to post photos.
