We got 4 ice creams two for the kids and two coffee ice creams for the adults. The kids ice cream looked good and we didn't try it to be able to say one way or the other; but, the coffee ones we both agreed seemed less than fresh, didn't really have much taste to them, and were freezer burned. Ambiance was great but maybe there are too many options where they don't go through the inventory fast enough. Just a theory.

My kids loved it we ordered bubble gum and mint chocolate chip ice cream the price was reasonable and the customer service was great. I loved the colorful atmosphere and the characters on the wall made a very nice touch but over all I loved the colorful variety of home made ice cream. A Very unique place

We spent over $20 on 2 milkshakes a very small ice cream and a small elote..... the corn was brown and old, it was super watery, just plain disgusting. The ice creams say they’re flavored but all there is are topping thrown on top of the ice cream they serve. We asked for a refund just on the elote even after showing her the corn was old and brown she refused. Don’t waste your time

I usually try to support local restaurants and I love food made in house, but this place was not what it was advertised to be. To begin the chimes that were in the door way hit my elderly father in the face, then when my father spoke to the cashier about it she was very rude about it. To follow this, when the ice cream was purchased a Kahlua ice cream, the chocolate in the ice cream tasted like chocolate flavored wax balls. This place is not a spot to visit. Unless you like to waste money!!!!!

And SHE interrupted the question saying
" the ice cream is down there "
I didn't ask where you have it or Where you stored it..
Obviously she wasn't interested on new customers and We lost interest on her product thanks to her bad attitude.

Stopped by for the first time and I have to say the Ice cream here is fresh and tasty! Large variety and all at a great price. Turned out to be a very nice spontaneous date with the kids. Happy Sun Ice Cream is clean, welcoming and friendly. Thank you for a great service. I definitely recommend you stop on by!

We went to the Cape Coral location located by Bravo on Pine Island. This location has been opened for about a year. This is a traditional Mexican ice cream parlor. You can get ice cream bars, frozen fruit bars, fresh juices. All ice cream in all fruit is gluten-free and sugar-free. Very different very good.

The 1st time I went here it was very good 2nd time the ice cream had a sour taste had to throw it out! Not consistent! Def sample the ice cream before you order it! The girl that served me barely spoke English had trouble understanding what I wanted and gave me an attitude on top of it! Don't think I'll be back I'll stick with Daddy Dees down the road for my ice cream fix!

This place has really good ice cream! They have many different flavors that are all homemade. They also make their own flavored waters which also comes in different flavors. It's a cultural experience so if your looking for something a little different I would suggest going here. It's a little piece of Mexico in Fort Myers and in Cape Coral. You can experience real Mexican desserts. The staff is nice and the places are clean. I have never had a problem and I usually go every week. I am always satisfied. So if your looking for a good ice cream place I suggest going here.

Literally the worst ice cream I have ever eaten . . . It tasted like floor cleaner. It was slimey, sandy and gooey which is not the consistency of regular ice cream. We got 2 bites into the "mint chocolate chip" and had to throw it out.
The place seems clean and is colorful, however the ice cream is a disaster.
