Cant say enough great things about this place. There are many nutrition clubs in Wilmington but none compair to Impact Nutrition. Ray, Heather and Whitney make you feel like family from the first moment you step in the door. The shakes & teas are amazing, and you cant even tell that they are a "healthy" meal replacement shake. They are affordable and you get alot for your money here. If you are thinking about improving your health/lose weight for the new year I urge you to stop in and try it just once and you'll be hooked, I know I am!!

I visited here because my friend gave me a coupon for a free tea and smoothie- it was a really neat experience. The owner Heather was helpful and welcoming as soon as I walked in. There were a few "regulars" in there but I felt included with them at the bar you sit at to place your drink order. To do this you fill out a small slip with what you want, choosing from a large variety of flavors. Heather informed me about the health benefits in their drinks and how the (what would've been) $8 drink serves as a meal replacement. I got a cold peach tea sweetened with aloe which I drank
