They were fast. I called them and they came out the very next day. Sounds good right? Well, when they arrived at my home my husband who has cancer was in the chair in our living room. They asked what he did for a living? My husband said "I had to retire early for medical reasons". The rude, rude (boy) said "living off the government eh? I work hard everyday and would never retire" They then installed a well pump and a switch for $1200. The switch keeps shorting out and after asking around they ripped us off. They usually charge $800 to $1000 for the same thing. Take from a cancer patient, WOW!

I give them o stars. We called Saturday we were having problems with our pump . We were trying to prime it ourselves. When we told him he started laughing at us and said we were using way too little water. So we did what what he had said to do , but it still didnt work so we called him back and he said he couldn't come out that day, but he would come out the next day. Well we waited all day, but he never called to come out. This is a very poor way to run a business! Shame on you sir!

When we bought our home we found that we had low water pressure. When we flushed the toilet we couldn’t wash our hands in our upstairs bathroom .
They came out and investigated to see what the problem was . The previous owners had a pump that was to small for our house size . They replace our well pump and we haven’t had a problem since.

I am so thankful we called Kitchen & Stumpf Well Drilling! Our well pump went out suddenly and left us without water. They came out within a few hours, found the problem and got it fixed before the end of the day. These guys are a lifesaver! They were super nice, quick and fair priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Contacted this company about some trouble I was having with my well. They came out as soon as they could the same day. They were honest with me about what was wrong with my well system. They did not take advantage of my inexperience with well systems. Good, honest people that won't over charge you. I recommend this company.

I would give less than a 1 star if I could for this Company. He wasted 6 months of our time waiting for him to come out and put in our well. We called many times to find out the delay and were always told he had to install a couple wells ahead of us. We finally called and asked what it would take to get him out to install our well and that is when he admitted he under bid our job! We asked him to give us a bid he could live with and he did. He said he had a few more wells to install and promised he would be out after that. Another month went by and we called again and he said he would be out that
