What an absolute 5 star fish cleaning and packaging facility! We had over 100 pounds of halibut cleaned and packaged and they did an amazing job! This was my first time to use them, but my in-laws use them yearly. I can understand why with the quality of packaging they provided. We picked our fish boxes up early Saturday morning, headed to anchorage airport then got on a 7 hour flight back to Texas. Once we landed in DFW, we still had a 4 hour ride home in the horrible Texas summer heat. We was worried that our fish was going to spoil. When we got home, the fish was still frozen solid to the core
