Ericka McHenry is a very rude and unprofessional advisor. I was trying to transfer money using my Visa card and she said I couldn’t do it because I didn’t have an account. And then I replied to her that I’ve done it here every month using the same card and she replied “Where?” In the rudest tone, and so I told here her with a lady that had blonde hair and at blue diamond and she toned down. I’ve always had the worst experiences at this back but I don’t have anywhere else to pay my rent. This bank really needs to do better

I have been with this Credit Union bank for 31 years and have never had a problem. I love them so much that they have remained my bank no matter what state I have moved to. They have always kept up with the latest technologies to make banking easy for their customers and were there to teach (this now old brain) how to use and take advantage of those new technologies. I love having everything automatic and having less monthly chores to worry about.
When I had a 12 hour notice and no prep time before what I later found out would be Desert Storm/Sheild, they were there for me. My Mom had flown quickly

I've banked here almost the entire I've been in the state. I was charged a fee today for a cashier's check. Which I thought was free for members. It was only 5 bucks so not complaining. Just loving MY regular branch so much more. The bank was neat and clean as usual.

Hard to deal with the accounts representative. they don't understand your needs. is like talking to a robot. I was asking the person for a quote on an extended warranty and no way she would give me this information. all she wanted was for me to apply for an auto loan that I didn't need. I'm cancelling my account tomorrow since I don't event use this bank and the only few time I need them they don't help me at all.

After being lied to by the branches customer service line, I went here to amend my account to which the one representative became argumentative with me, after claiming they all of a sudden dont accept my residency when I never had to do so prior. I will be contacting the BBB, and a lawyer. It's no wonder this credit union has been sued, and had to change its name. Please stop stealing hard workers money.

I went in today to get help with a dispute & Gina helped me out. She was super friendly & helped me figure out the info I needed to file my dispute. Ironically just before I went in, I had locked my keys in my car & she offered for me to wait inside for the locksmith & when I asked for water & she gave me a a personal bottle that she had brought as extra the day before. How sweet is that. People like her make the difference. Thanks Gina!
