We used Platinum Party Bus for our wedding on 12/31/21! From booking to the day of they were fantastic. Communication was great. Ken was our chauffeur and he was very professional, prompt, and willing to make any adjustments we needed! Not only the best bang for our buck in terms of party buses that seat 16+ but the nicest people to work with! Our driver Rob went above and beyond for us in terms of locations, confirming inspo photo locations, and even lent us his wedding band when my now-husband forgot his for photos. Platinum Party bus is truly a first class service for your special day! We had a fantastic experience with their company. They are organized, on-time, their busses are clean and spacious and their drivers are wonderful. David was our driver for our wedding and he was professional, friendly, and helped us get everywhere safely and on time with no issues! Terrible customer service. Absolutely AWFUL. Originally booked for a bachelorette and the bride ended up having life threatening complications with her mother who is a stage four lung cancer patient so we were unable to attend. The company has been the opposite of empathetic and haven't even tried to work with us. Don't book unless you're willing to work with a company with a complete lack of care for their customers.

Waited till everyone had to much to drink and went way overtime. Also one the way home slammed on the brakes said oh there was a deer. Everyone on the bus went flying. Did you think the company cared. Nooooo they did not. They said he did not report it so you have to pay overtime. Beware of this company they will take advantage of you.,

We used Platinum Party Bus for a group 30th birthday outing and couldn't have been happier with the service! We had the 12-14 passenger Platinum Sprinter which was the perfect size for our 9 partygoers, a cooler, snacks, and all our other junk. The bus was clean and roomy with nice lighting and had plenty of space for standing up and moving around. We cannot thank Platinum Party Bus Enough! We used them to transport our wedding party to and from pictures and from the church to the venue. They showed up early to pick us up. The new bus models are amazing, super clean and have an amazing sound system. Hey were ready with two built in coolers of ice and we were able to drop off any alcohol earlier on the week. They had everything cold when we arrived on the bus. The driver was very friendly and professional. The entire wedding party was so impressed and had such a fun time. Rented a bus for 4 hours on a Saturday night for a birthday. Expensive. But worth it. Had a great time. The bus was clean. The driver was friendly. They take you where ever you want to go. We used Platinum Party Bus to take us to Blossom where we went to a country concert. The bus was awesome! Driver was on time (as a matter of fact 15min early). We had 32 people on the 40-50 passenger bus - don't really think you could fit 50 people. With coolers and all 32 of us we were pretty cozy. Sound system was great! They had Bluetooth which was clutch because you could run music from your phone with ease not having to worry about adapters. The owner is very easy to work with and has lots of patience as I called him multiple times before the event to change/confirm things with the bus

Used them twice one was amazing service and our driver was awesome! I think it was max. However the Second time our driver was an older man who would not help us set up the Aux cord so we could play music. He did not even try to help and we spent an hour on it. Therefore we had a party bus with only the radio. It was extremely annoyed and I was embarrassed I recommended this service. I guess it really depends on your driver. But good prices and the size is great!!!

First of all, they did not deliver what was promised. They advertise "2 plasma screen TVs". There were none. We actually called to confirm this point prior to rental and the bus still arrived without the promised TVs. (Which were the main reason we rented from this company.) We complained to the driver, who was understanding, and clearly not at fault. Then they overcharged for the rental. Worst of all, after trying to contact them to dispute the excessive charges and they are claiming we signed a contract, and acknowledged the condition of the bus
