A native of Salina, KS, Dr. Todd O'Neil has been practicing dentistry in Overland Park and serving the Johnson County area for more than 25 years. Dr. O'Neil received his undergraduate degrees from Kansas State University and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry.
Dr. Meagan Rondeau completed her dental education from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, graduating cum laude in 2011. Following dental school, she was accepted into the general practice residency program at Georgia Regents University (now Augusta University). This allowed her to continue her training in one of the top programs in the nation.

I have been going to Blue Valley Smiles for several years now and have always received great care. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The hygienist does a fabulous job and always take time to answer my questions regarding the health of my teeth and we talk about future care for long term health. We recently moved to Overland Park and I had my first visit at Blue Valley Smiles as a new patient. Leandra, the hygienist, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! She was also very gentle during my cleaning. Dr. O’Neil was great as well, very personable! They thoroughly explained diagnostic findings and my treatment plan. Overall, it was a great experience!

Long overdue, as I've been going to Dr. O'Neil for a couple of years. I sought out a new dentist for some cosmetic work and went through Invisalign with them as well. It wasn't without a couple of hiccups, but every time they got me in immediately and made it right. I'm thrilled with the results. They care about their patients and Dr. O'Neil is very skilled. If you need cosmetic work or just regular cleanings, I 100% recommend.

What an amazing experience. I was looking for a new dentist and was in need of some fairly major dental work. After my appointment I just can't say enough good things about Dr. O'Neill and his staff. They communicate extremely well, discuss options, make solid recommendations, and most importantly do amazing work w/ little to no pain. I feel very fortunate I found this practice, I just wished I had found them sooner!

I first went to this office when I lived in Gardner. I love it so much that I still choose to go there even though I’ve lived up by the KC airport for about 4 years. The staff is great! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and I feel that they care about me as a person and not just my teeth. And freshly baked chocolate chip cookies are just a bonus. ❤️

I had an absolutely awful experience here and would not recommend this group. I recently went here after not being to the dentist for about a year and a half due to being away at college. It sounds like a long time but I had never had a cavity and am a religious brusher and flosser (really I am). They told me I had cavities and filled those then charged me 200 dollars that day BEFORE they went through both of my dental insurances. Turns out they didn't cover it anyways because my insurance said I actually didn't have any cavities besides one, according to my x-rays... and they filled
