Stopped for a wine tasting and lunch. Lunch was absolutely delicious! We both had chicken salad sandwiches. The wine was so good. We enjoyed a glass and just sat outside then bought a couple bottles for home. Everyone who worked there was extremely nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!

Our server Bree was wonderful! She was so sweet and nice to talk to. Excellent service and excellent conversation. The food is also wonderful, anything you have will be amazing. The dessert is also amazing. We had the toadstool monster, bread pudding and the lemon layer, all are amazing. They also have fresh squeezed lemonade, fruit teas, and excellent appetizers.
Around the area they have multiple shops and gardens. Everyone working is very helpful and so friendly! I got a cute little cat cement statue and some tea from the gift shop. They also sell lots of plants and they have so many varieties

This was such an incredible experience. We first ate at the Twigs and Sprigs restaurant and the food was phenomenal. For an appetizer we got the focaccia bread with olive oil and it was delightfully subtle. I had the salmon sandwich special of the day and it was by far the most delicious thing I've ever eaten (and I'm picky). We got cheesecake for dessert, which was perfectly flavored and creamy. Then, we walked around the gardens and greenhouses which were so peaceful and beautifully maintained. There's an incredible selection of herbs and flowers to purchase (I've never seen so many kinds of

We went to Stream Cliff Farms for a wonderful girls day! First we did the wine tasting and sampled all of the wines. Madeline was working and she was delightful. She was bubbly, personable and informative about the wine options. All of the wines were quite good, and we bought some bottles to take home! The strawberry wine punch was delicious! Then we ate lunch at the Twigs and Sprigs restaurant and all of our food was so yummy! We enjoyed walking around, bought some plants and enjoyed the cute scenery. Everything was great! This is somewhere that is perfect for a girls day, date, bridal shower

Wonderful place! It's a nursery, restaurant and winery all in one plus some terrific scenery.
About and hour and half from Indianapolis so an easy drive for a day trip.
The twigs and sprigs restaurant was delightful. Good outside seating. Fast service and delicious food.
The lemon verbena lemonade was best lemonade we've had in years. Blackberry cobbler special was fantastic. Pulled pork is smoked on-site.
Lots of herbs you can't find elsewhere in the nursery.
The blackberry wine is worth the trip alone.

I love having this cute garden restaurant and winery right in my home town. I definitely don't get to come here enough since I've moved away. They have THE BEST chicken salad. I love the addition of dill. It makes it tastes so light and fresh. If they have blueberry or blackberry tea make sure you try that as well. Before you leave make sure you stroll through the shops and gardens and the winery. They offer tastings. This winery is part of a wine trail and there's several other wineries close by you can also visit while you're out and about. You will definitely not be disappointed

This restaurant is very proud of its racist history of confederacy. We had a nice server, but certain employees gave stares which we did not appreciate. They celebrate this general John Hunt Morgan as if he did something good...it's embarrassing really. Also, their food is hardly cooked anywhere but the microwave. Chances are if you're eating a meal there, it's cooked with love on a few minutes. Don't bother going here if you care how your food is cooked and the history behind who they love so much that they sell memorabilia.

Out of the way gem worth the drive! Really fresh food in tea room! Had a delightful vegetable soup & meat salad trio, enough for two! Husband had the caprese with salmon also very delicious! They have iced earl grey tea! Nice place to take mom/grandma's. Herbs are pretty with a nice walking path. Antique mall is very teeny with hardly any antiques though. Wine is okay, they charge per tastings which are teeny and they don't grow there own grapes but fun to taste & get a special bottle -guaranteed to like one because they have like 20 wines. This would be lovely for a wedding, which they have a

What a wonderful quaint treasure, I can't say enough about this place..I was touring as a Wedding Venue. I am not from that state but I would say anyone that lives close by and have not ventured to this place is missing out on great food and wine..go and check it out..if you have special event coming up check Lauren, she is the sweetest, humble person..also Robin at the wine counter..you will feel so comfortable if you are intimidated by the wine tasting stuff..she will guide you..I do hope I got her name correctly..either way name or not..service is awesome.

Although Yelp lists this as a winery, it is really a 7th generation family farm that has a tea house with food, a greenhouse, an antique shop, an event center....AND a winery!
When I visited, there was live music playing in the barn as a pair of high school graduates were celebrating that afternoon. I had to park on the grass just to find a spot to check into the winery.
The rustic little shop has a small tasting room where you get a great deal: the first 4 tastes are free, and all the subsequent ones you may want are $.50 each. They didn't have the largest selection in state, but they

This may be my new favorite winery. I know I've said that before but really this place has everything and probably more that I missed. Wine tasting, shopping, gardens, greenhouse, Farm market and even a restaurant. We got here 1/2 an hour before they opened at noon so we wandered the gardens. It took every bit of that half an hour to wander the extensive gardens, keep in mind this was late October so most was dead and dying. There were many others here this early as well. The tasting room was super warm & inviting with stained glass lights and a nice warm & cozy fire.

This may be over the river and through the woods to get to but you won't be disappointed! Eat dessert first! The lemon dessert with a hint of lavender in the crust is soooo delicious! I ordered the sampler plate with chicken salad, pasta, veggie cheese soup and salad with creamy blueberry dressing. Everything is plated with edible flowers and herbs. It isn't too she-she for your favorite guy to join you. If you're in southeast Indiana you must put this on your bucket list.

First rule ..don't put down your competition stating all US grapes is crap and calling CA Napa wine "babies, don't know anything about wine." Second rule.. know where your grapes are imported from. We were given a general answer of "everywhere". We also asked the basic question if their wine was aging in steel or oak barrels. Lady behind the bar didn't know and took a quess it was aged in steel barrels. They need more training. Maybe they should take a lesson from Napa.
It took 45 minutes to an hour to be seated for lunch. When we ordered, they were apologetic

I joined a friend at Stream Cliff Farm this past weekend for an arts & crafts fair. About an hour drive outside, the farm with its numerous buildings features a wine tasting room, a cafe, a couple of shops, and of course, a barn.
Due to the special event, there was a 90 minute wait for the restaurant. So, I made due with the only vegetarian option at the outside tent, their signature birdseed salad and a lemonade. They serve this pasta salad in the cafe with most sandwiches - which are mainly meat. It featured broccoli, raisins, and some other veggies. I found it to be very sweet, almost

People are great, plants are great, food is great, and wine is great! Great place to spend the afternoon no matter your age.
Plants are hearty and healthy and the variety is excellent, especially the herbs!
Recommend this if you are in the market for plantings or some yummy food in their onsite restaurant.

Three friends & I went. Get there before 12 for lunch or you will be waiting. There is outdoor & indoor seating. The service is friendly & quick. We had our food in no time after ordering. The helpings are generous. We ordered chicken salad, tuna salad, & seafood salad sandwiches. They were served on crescent rolls with lettuce & tomato. I found Stream Cliff several years ago when I was doing a wine trail in Southern Indiana, and I've made it a point to stop by from time to time to check in and see how things are going. This really isn't a winery.. or a garden, or a tearoom.. it's a farm with a little bit of everything.
My group of friends and I stopped in on a Saturday morning not too long ago. One of the people in our group is one of those people who can do just about anything craft-related that she sets her mind to. I knew she would love this place, so I was excited to show it to her. We first went into the

I'm still slightly wincing at giving 3 stars when the tea room deserved 2 at most, but I'm giving 3 because of the atmosphere. A dear friend and I wished to escape the hubbub of our teeming metropolis and sought respite in the southeastern back country of Indiana. Though the scenery was quintessential Indiana--an unassuming historic property cushioned by bright blue skies & white puffy clouds, contrasted against tall waving stalks of corn--the hospitality at the tea room was not.

The building housing the winery is the farm's former blacksmith shop and is located at Indiana's oldest herb farm, Stream Cliff Herb Farm & Tearoom.
All the wines we tasted were great. My favorite was Kentucky Stud. It is a semi-sweet red.
The ladies behind the tasting counter were very knowledgeable and helpful and full of historical knowledge.
