Over the years, I've supported countless people on all kinds of journeys to better understand themselves and this life and I want to do the same for you. No matter where you are or what you want or what has happened on your journey, we can find the soul growth within it. Energy resonates throughout every moment of our lives, deeply interwoven with both the mental and physical worlds.
As a workout, yoga is phenomenal. It stretches your physical and mental capacity more than any other form of exercise, and offers a holistic approach to your health and wellness. Chances are, you probably think that due to your short attention span, you might find it hard to practice meditation. How are you supposed to keep your mind clear and thoughts free for more than a few minutes at a time?
