Over the years, I've supported countless people on all kinds of journeys to better understand themselves and this life and I want to do the same for you. As a workout, yoga is phenomenal. It stretches your physical and mental capacity more than any other form of exercise, and offers a holistic approach to your health and wellness. Breathwork - or pranayama, as it's called in yoga - is a key component of any yoga practice, and can bring you both increased energy and increased awareness.
If you're the kind of person who struggles to concentrate or stay focused, don't worry - you're not alone. How are you supposed to keep your mind clear and thoughts free for more than a few minutes at a time?
