TAB helps forward-thinking business owners grow their businesses, increase profitability and improve their lives by leveraging business advisory boards, private business coaching and proprietary strategic services. TAB is a confidential environment for business owners to bring their challenges, gain perspective, get the advice and support they need to achieve a new level of success.
As a member you'll belong to aTAB Peer Board made up of 8 to 10 local, non-competitive business owners. You'll find the Board meetings a safe place to share confidential business concerns, get feedback from your peers and advice from your facilitators. In conjunction with your Board membership you also receive private monthly Executive Business Coaching.
TAB helps forward-thinking business owners grow their businesses, increase profitability and improve their lives by leveraging business advisory boards, private business coaching and proprietary strategic services. In order to qualify for membership, each prospective Board member must be the prime decision-maker within their company.
TAB Boards meet once a month for four hours. Meetings are at the same time each month in various members places of business. Each member is expected to complete a Monthly Progress Report which you share with the group. The Board meeting is a safe place to bring any business issue that's important to you.
Private coaching is a vital component of the TAB experience. It's your chance to step back and focus on the steps you need to take to achieve your personal and business vision. You can use your monthly coaching meeting to respond to issues from your last board meeting or prepare for the upcoming one; discuss a problem employee or prepare a new sales strategy.
