I had a Kangaroo rat 🐀 problem Chris explained, in language I could understand, the damage the Kangaroo rats may cause and how he would treat the areas of infestation.

My experience with Christopher was better than anything I could have asked for. Even though Chris was "done for the day", he came right over to check my property for rats. I had a dead one in a cage trap (not that effective). My son had seen one on the spa cover! Last year, I had $550+ in spa damage, cut down citrus trees and put out cage traps. After trying the traps and winding up with $500+ in AC wires chewed, I decided I needed a professional. Awesome customer service. Sent a message re: ant problem on a Saturday. Got a response back within minutes. Came and did service on Sunday!!! Extremely knowledgeable.
