Beware! The agent did not care about you nor your benefit at all! We worked with Brad Smith two years ago to buy our first home without realizing that we fell into such a trap. The agent gave the impression that he wanted to help us, in fact, we received extremely bad advices. All he did was making quick money, taking advantage of our inexperience with the real estate. Now we are selling the house and working with another agent, we realized how many mistakes we had made when buying the house. Obviously, Brad either did not know the basics or he did not care to tell us. Terrible experience.

It was a big pain to work with Cathy, the owner of this company. I purchased a property this April and the closing was scheduled on June 1. My agent communicated with her several days earlier on the repairs and asked her to provide repair receipts. She just provided 4 store receipts from Manors in the morning of the closing date. There is a roof leak that required a professional repair receipt so the contractor can be contacted to remedy the issue in the event anything occurs after closing. She is very unresponsive and hard to work with. Save your time, don't go with this agent and company

I don't care how many agents you interview and like, you want Cathy Russell as your agent, hands down. When the house that you’re buying or selling is hinged on time sensitive deadlines, Cathy is available around the clock and she works hard for you.
The selling of our home came down to a second offer that arrived 30 minutes prior to our response deadline for the first offer (on a Saturday). She dropped whatever she was doing to devote her full attention to us for those ticking minutes. Her availability, knowledge, and connections are absolutely priceless.

My experience with Cathy in selling my house has been bad. Communication with her is sporadic at best, and she routinely says she'll take care of various things that never get done. At one point I was attacked via e-mail by one of her employees after I'd voiced some complaints . There are many issues that I could list off here, but I'm primarily concerned that others don't have such a negative experience dealing with an agent. I regret staying with her as long as I have and should have been firm in asking to be let out of the contract earlier.

Our experience with Cathy and her team was very good. We went with another agent first, and we got nowhere. Cathy was willing to tell us the truth about what needed to be done to get our house sold. Given how awful the market in our neighborhood is, it was helpful to have someone who really used her network and got the job done. We had more showings during the winter with her than we had with our previous agent during the spring and summer.
She was helpful in terms of pricing and in providing some local coordination on the house since we were out of state by the time the house sold.

My wife and I chose Cathy Russell because we saw that she was an endorsed local provider by Dave Ramsey. We were moving across the country and needed to buy a house with good resale value. She was very prompt in her communications and showed us houses remotely which saved us a lot of money. She listened to our needs and had no problem telling us that some houses were not really what we were looking for (even some that she was listing herself!).
