This company has no customer service skills and does not know anything about the products they carrry. I spoke with the product manager to get a part shipped to me, and i gave him the product name, number, and explained what the part did, and he asked me to send him a picture. He told me he didnt know what part i needed, after i explicitly explained what it was. I sent an email with the picture , and I received no response. They obviously do NOT know their product. This is not the first time I have had issues with this company since it has changed from Preferred Packaging. A few months ago I called
