I had renters insurance and auto insurance through this office for roughly a year and a half. The office staff was ALWAYS responsive and easy to work with. I had to file a claim on renters once when there was water damage to my apartment. The claim process was straightforward and I was quickly reimbursed; their office staff explained how the whole process worked prior to me filing the claim.

John Cowart has been our agent for around 13 years. It's true, I usually speak with Susan but I've spoken with, and met John on a number of occasions. They handle our homeowners, auto, and life policies and we've never had a problem with anyone in the office. In fact, Susan always explains everything very clearly and never rushes me through a conversation and I ask a LOT of questions.
